Guest Video: The Water at the Foot of the Volcano

This is more a nature conservancy video, but there are volcanoes in it. Indeed, their glaciers feed those rivers and their slopes channel water into the watershed. The volcanoes around the Valley of Mexico are important to human beings who live in the area for many reasons. Don’t miss the nice view of my favorite volcano, Popocatepetl, at 00:15! The volcanoes shown here are part of the Trans-Mexican Volcanic Belt. The origin of this belt is still under debate.
