It’s very nice, going into detail on CENAPRED’s history, and they actually do a good job of describing the volcano and the hazards it holds for nearby population centers. There is a photograph of the inside of CENAPRED, which is cool, too.
Note, too, that nearby Iztaccîhuatl is described as dormant, not extinct. The Smithsonian’s online Global Volcanism Report on it, however, says that no (modern) eruptions from Izta are known.
