Of Babies, Botox, and Porcupine Balls…..A Mother's Reflection.

A wonderful post, with a beautiful picture of a young man included.

Oh, Christine, if I could only convey to you the lesson (l)earned this year (my 60th on this planet): Age is nothing but a number in your head.

These phases we go through in our heads, while real, are just part of the growing up that we’re all still doing.

Also, collagen creams like Olay’s ProX series are much less drastic than Botox and work reasonably well, if used daily, though at the young age of 45 you won’t need to know that yet. (PS: I’m not associated with Olay and just use the product now thanks to customer-review research done for a Helium article!)

Finally, I haven’t had porcupine balls in years – definitely gonna whip up a batch of those and soak up the gravy with a piece of Wonder bread. Ah, memories. Thanks!
