Civil War Anniversary post update note

Today was the first regular weekend with the new client at my transcription job – the good news is that there’s plenty of work (this morning just flew by!).  However, I don’t know that I’m going to be able to do my Civil War posts on Sundays any more.  It used to be slow enough that I could do a lot of the online research while I was sitting around waiting to be called for backup.  Now, I believe, it’s going to be a regular work day.  Starting with the next post – which, hopefully, will come out this afternoon, but will be out tomorrow in any case – I’ll be starting the week on Monday.

That means the next post will have an extra day in it:  March 18-25, 1862.

In the meantime, on this St. Patrick’s Day weekend, I’ve posted a little leprechaun story I wrote a couple years ago.

Thank you very much for your interest!
